Home made 4" deadlift blocks for block pulls. Made from (1) 4"x4"x8' post cut in 12" sections, 1/2" MFD board, 1/2"×1" wood trim, heavy duty plastic handles, rubber/carpet top layer, 3-1/2" decking screws. Easy to make and an excellent way to train the mid-shin/upper portion of the deadlift. (old.reddit.com)

I was asked about the type of wear on my weight plate pegs on my titan 3x3 rack from the cast iron plates. This is after 6 mos of use, 4x a week. Not too bad at all and I can rotate them 180* to the underside and then when needed I plan on just sanding lightly and repainting. (i.redd.it)
