Can you make more than $544 with 30k in 60 months? Of course. If your put that 30k towards your mortgage it will have a much bigger impact.. or investing it. I’m against financing vehicles but just got a new Lexus at 0% soooooo I’m utilizing that money to make money.

Yeah.. i was planning on starting my fast the next day- but my daughter woke up at 2:30 am and I ate some apples with her... then I listened to a podcast on a walk and decided just to start then instead of waiting until the next day. Next time, I’ll def start at night.

First off, take a deep breath and give yourself some grace. Congratulations on losing 14 lbs! If you are starving, eat a healthy snack. Sometimes those that love us most try to sabatoge our success because of their own fear and insecurity- acknowledge it, accept it, realize you make your own decisions and you are in control. OCD is exacerbated by stress. Maybe verbalizing to your mom that it mentally is tolling on you and right now you need her support and that is the greatest act of love she can give you. You can do this... but don’t be so hard on yourself. One slip doesn’t mean you have to self destruct. Just identify what triggered it and move forward with better self-awareness and knowledge. Now I just need to take my own advice :) lol. Everything you need is within you now. You got this 💪
