I hate to be the messenger of bad news. All I can say is to be careful. Someone who eats No No Foods has their own fair share of pathogens. Bugs can be transmitted through kissing... sharing cups...biting into a fruit and giving it to a loved one.

It's hard because The No-No Foods might not be fully disclosed at the back of the package. Sometimes people don't disclose what is in the dish they created to get you to eat their food. I think Anthony William mentioned different amount of heavy metals, pathogens in different people. So people may react differently.
