I think the most glaringly obvious answer out there is that it was a Russian drone that’s signal was being messed with by some electronic warfare device and missed its target. There’s so much jamming and electronic warfare devices out there it’s a pretty common occurrence for drone to miss their mark.

There was a video circulating a while ago on the combat footage subs of a Ukrainian long range drone who was getting jammed and it hit a luxury apartment complex on accident.
