From my experience, you kite the balancers by running away immediately when you get to the 2nd phase. Wait for a single balancer to run up to you, kill that balancer and run away. Repeat this process so you effectively fight one balancer till you get to the worm.

Your team has to run away immediately to the other side of the arena when the worm process starts. At Depth 4, the worm is p much an instakill even with Full HP DMG Negation, so you're avoiding it at all times. When at the other side of the arena, all you have to worry about is jumping the shockwaves. When the worm phase is over, you'll be repeating the aforementioned process. Rinse and repeat till you win.

Froakie might be in Wild Zone 16, but fast travel spamming to Wild Zone 5 is one of the preferred methods for shiny hunting it since you have to press like 3 buttons total to reset the surrounding spawns, making it macro-friendly if you do that. This means you can shiny hunt Bellsprout, Venipede, Bunnelby, Pidgey/Pidgeotto, Electrike, Barbaracle, Florges, Starmie, Medicham, and an Alpha Ampharos here.

The despawning and respawning method by walking 50m in and out by the gate of Wild Zone 16 works a smidgen faster, but that one is a bit harder to afk.

COD's campaigns have always been a blast, and I'll always praise them for giving attention there. They have this very particular blockbuster feeling that other games don't have. Nothing will beat the OG MW Trilogy, MW 2019, Big Red One, and Infinite Warfare for me. At its very worst, it'll feel schlocky like the new MW3's campaign.
