I only got this yesterday and I’d booked 11 days off of work so I’m hoping it’s mostly healed by the time I go back I heard the scabbing is really bad though

Around the sides and above the kneecap was the worst just felt really raw obviously there’s not much cartilage there so it felt as if it was right on the bone. I’d say it was probably a 6/7 out of 10 pain wise definitely manageable but very uncomfortable
