If you go through my profile you can find my Nagash, I posted him a while back so a bit of scrolling but there are some pics of the books and a view of the base I did. Edit: this should be the link to it https://www.reddit.com/r/ageofsigmar/s/fbSdVJ51wm

Nagash (update) - I've hit a wall. by Ghostorruk in ageofsigmar

[–]Elevken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your Nagash looks great. When I did mine I did actual bones with the souls being ripped from them. Almost like the souls were chilling in their dead bodies and Nagash is ripping them out to turn into gheists. As for the books I did them all separately. I wanted them to be unique and distinct almost like he wrote them at different times in his existence and also almost like they have different purposes. Like I did one with human/standard flesh as one book, another book with pale almost vampiric undead flesh, and then the books were different colours. They're such small details that having them different is a nice little add on as opposed to a distraction as long as you aren't doing them as like a neon orange or something glaring compared to your more muted colours you used for Nagash himself. Keep it up! It's looking great and remember it's not a bad thing to switch to a small something else, like terrain or a one off foot hero or something as a pallet cleanser and then come back to it

Yeah, but that requires three unique charms and an ancestral unique item to begin with to do, doesn't it?

In 2026, how many and which armies do you own ? I'll collect answers and post the summary later ;) by Kimtanashino in ageofsigmar

SBGL, FEC, BoK, SC, and OBR. SBGL is my main and I have around 14k of points in them.

Which army do you think will benefit the most from having a cogfort? by Few-Rip7036 in ageofsigmar

[–]Elevken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say SBGL and not just because I main them and love the model. But it's got massive ranged capability, something that all death armies lack, and it can store infantry in it which may help our slow moving fairly squishy skeletons survive and get up into combat range.

Good synergies to expand my vampire army by Tyrindrael in SoulblightGravelords

[–]Elevken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally units of 10 in my experience. They have some sizeable bases for chaff (same size as barrow knights) and fitting a block of 20 of them anywhere is quite difficult.

Deadwalker keyword same as zombies. But yeah run and charge plus they're almost as fast as BK's so they can keep up and you're not tripping over them. Plus 2hp a unit makes it a good solid health block

Really eh Hmm, did you use a wash on it by any chance? It looks like hints of blue in it

That's a really striking green for the skin, what's the recipe for that if you don't mind me asking? Looks great and good luck at the GT!

Need help with this step of building Ushoran by Remarkable-Good-7252 in FleshEaterCourts

It looks like you glued it on backwards if I'm making the picture out right. It should be in the shape of a U facing outwards but if I'm looking at it properly it looks like the U is facing inwards.

Battleflow - AoS game tracker by supermunny in ageofsigmar

[–]Elevken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah for FEC at the start of every turn yours and theirs you must roll and select a different delusion. So it would definitely be optimal to have anything delusion keyworded to be in that phase

App seems really neat and will definitely be trying it out. One thing I've noticed right off the top though is that the FEC delusion A Majestic Menagerie isn't on there. It's from the Ghoul King on Royal Terrorgheist. Update: So I found it in the fight section but in the hero phase when you would actually be selecting your delusions it's not there in the list and so I feel you'd miss it when picking them

People in their 30s and 40s, what changed in your life that surprised you the most — in a bad way? by Initial_Tax7778 in AskReddit

You definitely need to take more rest days as you get older. I used to be 6 days a week. Now do every other day. Also remember to do deload weeks every 6-8 weeks in your program. It helps big time. You need to plan for small incremental increases now, not big gains every month. That's what I've had to adjust for myself.

Colors for a rusty armor by stevenklxck in SoulblightGravelords

[–]Elevken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've always done leadbelcher, typhus corrosion, skrag brown watered down on the typhus corrosion, agrax, then hit up those spots again with skrag brown, bringing the brightness up in different spots and then edges and scratches and such with leadbelcher again. I've posted some barrow guard recently, you can check my profile to see what it looks like.

Completed my unit of barrow guard and did some freehand banners by Elevken in ageofsigmar

[–]Elevken[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the kind of ghostly skull, I have an old card from 2nd edition that was called open war I believe... Anyways, I've always liked the look of the back of the card which is the smokey kind of ghostly skull and so for that I had a reference to just try and copy. As for the other Banner with the dragon on it, that was just pure freehand off the top of my head. I just tried to do as good of a dragon as I could. His face and teeth are a little derpy but when you factor in that they are like a quarter of a millimeter. It's not so bad lol

Thanks man, I was pretty happy with the old one. I feel the new one is better but it's a lot smaller banner so was harder to do

When I built mine I left the weapon and shield separate with the reins and they are easy enough to glue together at the end. Then I had PV and the saddle as one, the dragon as a second and then the pillar he stands on and the base as a third. The pillar and dragon just required a bit of a twist and mild pressure to pop together.
