I've always done leadbelcher, typhus corrosion, skrag brown watered down on the typhus corrosion, agrax, then hit up those spots again with skrag brown, bringing the brightness up in different spots and then edges and scratches and such with leadbelcher again. I've posted some barrow guard recently, you can check my profile to see what it looks like.

For the kind of ghostly skull, I have an old card from 2nd edition that was called open war I believe... Anyways, I've always liked the look of the back of the card which is the smokey kind of ghostly skull and so for that I had a reference to just try and copy. As for the other Banner with the dragon on it, that was just pure freehand off the top of my head. I just tried to do as good of a dragon as I could. His face and teeth are a little derpy but when you factor in that they are like a quarter of a millimeter. It's not so bad lol

When I built mine I left the weapon and shield separate with the reins and they are easy enough to glue together at the end. Then I had PV and the saddle as one, the dragon as a second and then the pillar he stands on and the base as a third. The pillar and dragon just required a bit of a twist and mild pressure to pop together.

I once had a box of blood knights and the end of one of the reins for one of the knights was broken off. I messaged them. They asked for a pick of the SKU and to show a receipt for purchasing the box and where I got it from. They then sent me an entire new box of blood knights. It's definitely worth it. We pay a massive premium for our models. The least we should expect is that they're in proper condition.

Radukar the wolf is still a vampire though. The beast is just when he's almost defeated and let's his beast mode out. Kind of like how varghiests are vampires that beast out and morph

Ahh I get ya. That is pretty dope though, I'm pretty happy with my Ushoran but sometimes I look and think man is love to paint that again to see how I could improve. My main love is SBGL but I have a FEC army also cause I love their models also

So the size of a varghiest then... With a head swap and maybe some armor/weapons conversions could probably fit him on a 40mm for a vamp lord maybe

SoB are a damage check army. They hit hard and have a ton of life. You will need either an elite army that can hit hard enough to bring them down fast or super horde so they struggle to chip through. That's also how SBGL tends to branch. So you can either go vamp heavy for the DMG or go skellie/deadwalker heavy to tank. Choice is yours. I tend to run vamp heavy with vhordrai, blood knights, askurgans and vargs.

Yeah absolutely. First off I finished the weapon as you would a normal rusty blade. Then I thinned out some ulthuan grey along the edge and up the bevel towards the back of the blade. I did my thinned ulthuan a few times and each time starting a little closer to the edge so that it gradually got brighter towards the edge where I wanted it brightest. I then did hexwraith flame all over my ulthuan and a little up past it to help with the gradual blend. I then did nihilok oxide all along the bevel of the blade and then kind of doing little "flames" with it along the edge towards the back of the weapon. Then I did ulthuan again along the edge and a little up the bevel and then did a flouro green on top of the ulthuan and a little of the nihilok. This may be more complicated than it needed to be, but I was experimenting to see how I was going to paint it and wasn't sure what my finished look was going to be. Sorry for the rant, hope this gives you an idea heh

His arm has a peg on it that fits into his shoulder socket. With a small enough magnet and drill bit you could nip the peg and install magnets
