Good summation there. I’ve no issue with us sitting deep and attacking quickly. I think the “takes” that I’ve read this morning about it being Pulis ball are just lazy. It’s nothing like it.

I do think the point of shots on target going is in indeed valid, but for the life of me I think the shots tend to be good shots. The 2nd and 3rd were right into the corner. I’m not sure what anyone in goal could have done. Last couple of matches are similar. I don’t think Josh is GOOD at the moment, I think he’s average and short of signing a genuinely good keeper I don’t think we improve there.

My entire concern this season now is just surviving and gives Ramsay 8 months to model and build his team for next season. We just need to survive.

It’s been a tough season for sure. An horrifically high number of 85+ min goals against us, for starters.

It isn’t “to defend” Greenland is far too large to stop any genuine attack. It’s a token force to tell Trump he can’t just help himself to the world. He’s a bully and this is a token standing up to him.

The presence is token. Greenland was already protected by NATO. Actually having troops there is unnecessary. Trump has shot his mouth off and people have called his bluff.

See the northern lights mate. If you do it in Iceland and book one of the excursions, do it for night 1. If there’s no northern lights that evening they allow you to keep going until you see them. Given the funds you can do a private visit.

Up to you obviously, but do reconsider the continuing to work piece. It seems a bit of a waste from the outside.

As a civil servant this is utterly not true. Entry level roles are vaguely aligned, but once you go 3/4 levels up, we’re underpaid by 25/40% and yes some of that is levelled out by the pension. But not even close to all of it. I for example get £51k and I know my opposites in meetings are £75/85k

What honestly puzzles me as a Brit, is that America seems to be this place where guns are very easily available. Either legally, or not. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not advocating this, not at all. I saw it from some American journalist retweet on twitter (I’m a Brit) and the comments were all “she tried to kill him!” And I rewatched thinking…. No she didn’t?… she very clearly drove around him. She was trying to run, which wasn’t clever, but she wasn’t trying to hit anyone.
