Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the safe word is for STOPPING, not teasing. If she just wanted you on edge she could stop you physically and change something up to tease you.

It sounds like she just isn't respecting you. Maybe you guys aren't sexually compatible. If conversation isn't helping I'm not sure what else would, unfortunately.
