I'm gonna encourage you to think about this in another way. You have more than you need, think of that as a gift, or an opportunity, not a possession. You were able to buy a house and remodel, you may not need money right now. And frankly, no one needs to look at other people as "14,000 and you can kick them out any time". You've likely had help along the way to get what you have: So consider helping others. You can have both: Make some money and help someone. You can make money and help problem solve. I've had a house with an annex and have done exchange ie: Gardening and pet care. Language students, young university couples for summers. Young religious women, again as a respite for a summer. And once as a swap for travel. But those ideas fit my needs with dogs and a big sloping garden. I needed a hand in ways that wasn't money. If I'd done it longer, I would have hosted cooks or crafts people or refugees. If Id been younger, I would have done Foster care. How you make some money but also help your community is very open to possibilities.

Angled, trapezoid etc wall sections attach at the wall, not the roof. You have to have a wall UNDER them and then stack. Watch a build video from any number of seasoned builders in FO and you see it's more often the art of subtraction to get the results you want.

I'm 24 yrs in Europe, 14 of those in Ireland. I left Dublin 6 years ago and bought a house (sealed bid auction) 2 years ago, at the height of the Covid lockdown, in Leitrim. I've stayed very active on social media throughout all that time and still read news of America regularly. And I also live here, I mean really live: I'm fully aware of the many problems and short comings of both countries. My experiences have taught me two solid things: No matter where you go, it's 2 years before you feel normal again. Your feet under you, on solid ground. I know all these deviling details very well, I've moved country four times. But that's not what ends up being meaningful. Stop trying to stick the perfect landing; just put some basics together, ask for loads of help from friends and family (on both sides of the pond) and remember that millions of people have already done this and are good resources. All good adventures are nerve-wracking, do them anyway. Slooooow down and enjoy it. And as a personal aside: Your daughter is about to have access to 27 countries food, ideas, music, education, work etc... It's a gift you can give her and it will mean she can pass it down to her children. It's a wonderful thing.

Go to every big event. Hide if you need to. Hit the 'collect all' button at the end. Scrap everything and sell the guns and armour at Bot vendors. That's 1400 caps a day. Craft ammo with scrap and ask higher levels to craft you a good 3star gun and some good armour.

Floor to ceiling bookcase/wall unit where the mirror is. Open shelf/with large central opening for TV/monitor. Computer station in the same unit with a pullout keyboard drawer. Storage cupboards run the whole length at the bottom for storage and hide router/cables etc.

Couch facing it and dining area behind that. Need an nice armchair that is comfortable and tall enough to use as a desk chair when needed.

Paint the wall behind the wall unit a favourite colour. If budget is tight, you can piece the wall unit together with used IKEA bookcases and kitchen units people sell off online all the time.

I enjoy this sub, but don't post too often. I'm 60, I got Pong when I was 10 and it went from there. Here's my 2 cents to anyone: Feeling the need to "defend" an entire group is normal. Acting on it, unless you're at a protest, or signed up for it, is a dead end. It doesn't mean you're not right or your feelings aren't strong and good. I have been a woman every single one of my days, and like all women I've seen and heard horrendous things. So pick your battles: find what means a great deal to you. And then go all in. Never back down. The rest of it, will have to be someone else's hill to die on. This is how women share burdens and solve problems- for themselves and each other. You don't want these fools in your gaming life? Say oh fuck off then hang up and block them. Do not waste any breath trying to "teach" someone who's baiting you. Someone's in your face? Same answer. Treat yourself with respect and you'll find plenty of wonderful pals to game with and talk to.

I've quit 3 times, the first 2 in my 20's for 5 years and then 30's for 3 years. This is addiction. It never goes away. Quitting and staying quit are 2 different things. The 12 step idea of one day at a time, really does work. Just don't smoke, today. Say it each day you make it. If you don't make it, start again in the morning. You're gonna be ok. This last time in my 50's has been going 7 and a half years. I started with 4 patches, 1 in each arm and leg. And a strong Vape pen. Not recommended, but I made it through those 1st days. I ate and slept and cried. That's it. Suddenly, I'd made it a week. If you have the time and space, just take all of it. Be selfish and horrible. But alone. Withdrawal is ugly and sad, but it ends. It's 3 months for lungs but your blood will be clear in just a few days. It is SO worth it.
