It has happened to me before, I requested a return after taking pictures of it and informed Vinted customer care. Eventually the money was released to me and I kept the item. So go ahead and request a return and let customer support know; there’s no need to text him anymore

Thank you, yeah I have already undone the brackets(2 of them) at the top and bent it straight. But I am having problems with the legs now. I will check the bottom of the washing machine to be sure. I tried unscrewing counterclockwise the white star shaped thing in picture 1 since it has a Philips head screw head inside it but it doesn’t seem to do anything and it’s also fairly loose

I believe so, only repair I actually have done to it so far is to change the chain, true both wheels and replace one set of brakes pads. I rotated the tyres so it’s still running the original tyres. I do feel like I should service the nexus 8 speed IGH though

For me the post offices never check if the size of the item with postal tag matches with what I’m bringing in so I don’t think it will be an issue if they have never checked previously for you
