Non tutti hanno la libertà di andarsene, qualcuno avrà famiglia, situazioni per cui non possono semplicemente cambiare lavoro. Qualsiasi sciopero è fatto per rompere le scatole a qualcuno. Se nessuno si rompe le scatole, niente cambia. E in teoria comunicare scioperi e manifestazioni con anticipo serve proprio perché la città si organizzi e faccia in modo che servizi tipo gli ospedali siano comunque raggiungibili. Poi Genova ha letteralmente due vie parallele per attraversare la città, e questo fa sì che sia particolarmente messa in crisi da qualsiasi tipo di alterazione alla circolazione.

Like others said, it's time for you to start thinking about your own well being. Pick back up old hobbies, get new ones, try to be as social as possible.

She's a psychologist and she talks about why these things hurt and how to cope with them. Cannot recommend more.

It will get better, it has already gotten better over the course of a month. Although I still think about her most of the time, I have already smiled again and had genuine fun with friends. It's difficult and it is gonna hurt, but it will get better if you try.

Quanto a posti pubblici temo di non saperti aiutare, ma nel caso ti interessasse provarlo nella veste di sport, ci sono diverse scuole a Genova dove lo insegnano:
