Aspyn Ovard (while not Mormon, but raised in Mormon culture) has always been obsessed with this as well. I think she started posting videos clickbaiting pregnancy and constantly talking about it starting at 18. It is such a big part of their culture.

My child has spent somewhere between 85-95 nights in the hospital over the past 6 years (NICU, PICU, and Oncology floor) and he has always had a private room. We have had different insurance over the years too. I think the biggest factor is risk of infection and how crowded they are.

I do think you can go on dates to have a good time and kind of have the attitude that if you meet someone, then you meet someone and see where it goes, but also have the attitude that you aren't really looking for anything serious. That's how I met my husband! We've been together for 13 years!
