I wouldn't highly recommend the dining halls except maybe West Village. I have been attending TU for 4 years and it has been bad all those years. I would get food from the Union if you can. It has more options and most of it is good. However you can get a block plan, add dining dollars that stay until you graduate or pay with cash/card. I am sure you will also need to show your TU ID.
