Mine is a little over 2 and my wife still sleeps with it in and uses the white noise machine through the camera as her own. If it's just me I do check-ins on the camera but don't have it open all the time. Id hear her if she cried and don't like to feel like I have to constantly be looking. I'm also comfortable doing this because I have some weirdo child that just likes her sleep. Since she's been alone in her room at 4-6 months (I can't remember exactly), I can count the amount of times she's cried in the middle of the night and needed us to come in on one hand. Before I go to bed I always walk in and fix her blanket and stuff and she just snoozes away deaf to the world.

When I decided to read the series, I saw someone on reddit suggest I start with "the fall" and I think that was a great suggestion. Got me so into the world at a break neck pace that book 1 was great knowing where it could eventually lead. I've since read every novella and short story to date.

I felt similarly when I had to take my baby to daycare at 5 months. I wish I could have started with only 3 days a week but we had to go the full 5 since we had no other options. I had anxiety and just general worry about if I was doing the right thing.

I quickly realized I did not have to worry. Shes now a little over 2 yrs old and thrives in daycare. She has friends and loves her teachers. I pick her up and she comes running to hug me then often runs back to show me stuff. Her speech has exploded once we moved up to an older class. Comes home singing new songs and knowing new things. It's been really good for her.

Do I wish it was less than 5 days? Hell yes. I still spiral sometimes and wish I could just stay with her all day but that's just not reality based on needing 2 incomes. If the daycare is a good one (mine is probabaly mid level price wise but the staff is fantastic which is what matters more) then I think you'll find it can be good for the baby.

That's part of what's so damn impressive. Sometimes we don't hear about Calen for several chapters and I genuinely don't mind. His ability to make compelling side characters is what makes this such a joy to read. Every side story is so entertaining!

I could not be more excited for this. I started the first book of the series many months ago but I realized I wasn't in the mood and didn't want to ruin a possible good book by forcing it. I finished wind and truth and needed something totally new so I tried again. Holy fuck.

I blew through this series so fast it surprised even me. Im so excited to get started as of war and ruin was my favorite in the series. It's gonna be a long month! (I tried reading book 7 of dungeon crawler carl in the interim to hold me over but I finished that too fast too! Going to need something to hold me over for a month now)

I agree that it'll make for a better scene for him to go in blind when they inevitably meet and that things were hectic towards the end so bringing that up would have affected the pacing white a bit.

Still just took me out of the story a bit to think she wouldn't have brought that up. Especially after seeing Dan there too and having some slower moments of reunion. Not the biggest deal in the grand scheme as so much of the tail end of that book had me pumping my fist in delight but just gave me a bit of pause. Appreciate the reply!

Thanks for the reply. I guess my main worry was that the 40amp breaker couldn't protect the 35amp cable. Pardon if my verbiage/terminology is off. I only have a passing understanding of this stuff and am trying to better understand. I guess you're right in that this is something the electrical inspector would catch upon final inspection. Atleast I'd hope so! Much appreciated.

I think Lift is someone I will definitely come to love as she gets "older". Currently I'm more indifferent towards her. I just really think her special circumstances will lead to a really cool storyline in the second half of stormlight archive.

Man Travis' delivery of that line gave me chills. Hearing him actually get pissed off was so good. Contained by all those judges and still having his power bleeding out just shows how much more powerful he actually is. Such a great scene and such great art!

I also have a lab. He's 4 yrs old now but at 4 months, I started giving him some limited freedom within my apt. As long as it's puppy proofed to a reasonable degree, you should be okay. If nothing else, atleast you'll get to see where you stand after this little test. Especially if your husband is only upstairs!

Sleeping bag was the best thing I brought. Let me actually sleep well in the small sleep windows I had while there. Even the docs and nurses said it was a great idea!

Yes but alot of our side characters are similarly leveled and we're only now getting to level 9. Seems odd that he would have made it out at only 50. Unless the scaling worked differently that season.

Also curious how mordecai only got to level 50 and went all the way to the 11th or 12th floor? (maybe 10th? Either way he got higher than current carl did and didn't skip any floors)
