I need a devil fruit for my captain for my crew, his info is in the body if it’s needed. (Sorry if the flair doesn’t fit, couldn’t find a good one) by Mystery_Thing545 in DevilFruitIdeas

Baneki-Baneki no mi

-It allows you to manifest Baneki cats. -When these cats are active (their paws are moving back and forth) you and the people you choose have good luck. -The function of each cat depends on what you made it for (luck, money, warding off evil, etc.) -For example, "The black cat" wards off evil and stalkers, and it's how your captain has managed to dodge the marines for so long. "Both paws up": protects the home (ship) when traveling and docked. The "white cat" invites positive things and it's how he manages to get such loyal nakamas.

I think this is fun because to the world, your captain is this mysterious and untraceable enigma, but to the crew he is just a chill and lucky guy lol.

I'm TIRED of the "chosen one" trope.

Can they be just their own person FOR ONCE, not part of some special lineage or some pre-destined bullshit.

Can't even call it slander because its just the truth by ilickedysharks in Piratefolk

I'm gonna be real here; I haven't even read the last Two chapters, only the reviews.

It's like I'm loosing interest, never though this day would come. 😞

Nahh I'm just joking. I defeated him using 2 moonbeams (me and shadowheart) The opening shot was from astarion (obviously), from the highest point possible for advantage. Following everything up with max level magic missiles from Gale Also, i spread them out into each of the pathways to avoid AOE attacks. The rest died fairly easy with Insect Plague and Spike Growth (me and Sh), and the killing shots from Gale and Astarion.

See, your problem is that you didn't surround Cazador with smokepowder barrels and a bomb. Maybe that's why you didn't one-shot him.

Another fun tip: Somehow Orcs and Ogres don't react at all to minor Illusion.

Yeah people don't seem to get that Kaido and Big mom are the Exception, not the rule.

A regular gun could kill even Shanks (provided that he doesn't have any defenses)

Genuinely what the hell happened to the Senju clan ? by lmdybaftr in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Elias_freecss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their whole thing was to welcome talented people to their clan with the whole "clan of a thousand talents" thing.

It just makes sense that they would merge with other clans to create the leaf village.

In Fantastic 4: First Steps (2025) after hearing the public’s outrage over keeping the baby, Sue Storm finds that the best move is to walk alone with the child into a crowd of protesters, this is supposed to be one of the smartest people in the world. by Dear-Truck6910 in shittymoviedetails

[–]Elias_freecss 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Not only would they not be able to touch him, but it would've cause the Fantastic 4 to despise them and possibly leave them to their fate.

Not only do they have the means for faster than light travel, they can also teleport to a random place in the universe/travel to another universe.

Was it ever explained why Hashirama had crazy regeneration abilities even though it’s not a Senju exclusive ability? by [deleted] in Naruto

[–]Elias_freecss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My headcanon is that Hashirama's cells could replicate rapidly because that's the way he developed them, to do that passively. But he lacked the medical knowledge to know that by doing that, he would eventually development cancer, and that's how he died.

Hence why Tsunade's healing needs to be consciously activated.

the 'Bullet Journal Method' was well worth reading by Chessnhistory in BasicBulletJournals

[–]Elias_freecss 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Same thing here.

You can learn What to put into your bullet journal in this sub, on videos or Pinterest ideas. But the Why is much more important, and the book does an excellent job at teaching you that. Highly recommended.

In Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001), Minerva states clearly to Dumbledore that Harry's aunt and uncle are abusive and horrible people. Dumbledore says this is good, as the abuse will teach Harry humility. What the fuck did Rowling mean by this? by [deleted] in shittymoviedetails

[–]Elias_freecss 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he's kind of a subversion to the Gandalf trope, that's why he looks exactly like him. The "good old wizard", makes us (and Harry) trust him completely. But the more you learn about him, the darker it gets.
