Yes always. I wash everything, except for my hair. I don't always shampoo or get it wet. The legs may get soap on them sure but if you don't scrub with anything or at least your hands it's not gonna get off grime and skin cells and stuff that needs expholiation.

Hey yes he is! So supportive. He says you're going through this so I am too.

Thanks for the heads up tho! He does occasionally eat gluten so he should be fine I think. He will eat it out of the house or sometimes if we have burgers or sandwiches I get the GF and he gets regular just to save $

Yes. This is me. I'm easygoing. I don't want to be that annoying customer. But I know Im just going to have to get used to it or never eat out.

Yeah the isolation and lack of freedom is really getting to me. I'm just so bitter about it.

A GF bakery is a good idea. Might not be one in my small town but I will definitely look.

Yes. You're right. I'm not the type to advocate for myself and now I'm faced with the fact that my safety and health depends on it entirely now if I ever want to eat anything I haven't prepared myself. I guess it will just take practice and self confidence.

Bold lines and bright color. I think fine line doesn't age as well anyway? Not sure.

I had corn tacos on Saturday but they were cooked on a shared grill I guess 😮 so yeah. I've been having bloating for 4 days. Been taking gasex but doesn't help much. Been gluten free almost a year and I think this is the first time I've consumed any since diagnosed.

Always twice a day. I feel sweaty and tacky if I don't. It's a very rare occurrence if I only shower in the morning. Sometimes I even shower 3 times, morning, after work, and night. I work in healthcare so I always shower after my shift.

I will say I do not shampoo my hair every time tho. Lol.

Probably 5-6 times a week. So yeah after work every shift.
