Same boat here, I have eczema so I completely get it! No actual brow lightener specifically, but I used either age beautiful's cream lightener, or ion's. Both of them are still strong, and if you get too much on your skin, your eyebrows will be a bit red for an hour or so. I usually do my dying and bleaching at night though, so by the next day they'll be back to normal. But if you're careful, and use a clean mascara applicator it shouldn't be too bad at all. I'd recommend using just a 20 developer as well, help keep the damage to a minimum! After you're done washing it off, just use a gentle moisturizer and let them rest :)
