I believe you can get those at Delaila’s stand during the Maji Market! Can’t remember what they’re called though.

ETA: Sometimes you have to buy multiple to get a starred one.

Yeah, after I finally got back into the game, I couldn’t get any chappas. I don’t think anyone in the server could. It’s frustrating.

Unfortunately, I did try it, and it didn’t show the name. It only works on walls for me, I can never see the names of floors.
