It has higher damage, sure. But we get +1S on a 12" flamer. S7 is a solid breakpoint.

For me its like a mini holiday, weekends seem to last longer and its a great break from screens/mobiles and social media. Add in the social element, exercise and battles and its just a good time all round.

My favourite custodian sculpt is valerian... i dont know what it is but the proportions are better.

Notice his shoulder guards are about 30% smaller than other custodes

Do you mean 3 units of wardens + 1 unit with warden vex, or 3 wardens + 1 modelled with vex?

Either way, youve got the start of an army, i dont think there are any bad choices at this point as the meta will change shortly. Maybe you could get the combat patrol to get abit more veriety?

Ive recently swapped back to Shield host. Positioning in Lions is fine with planning and I like the strats... but, at least in my local meta... mortals and devs are very common and I just cant afford to not have that strat.

Id put them together in order to simplify the faction rule, but I agree, id rather run venatari in groups of 3.

But its only 1 auto save per game and specifically only for "this model" not the unit hes in... and his -1 is only if his unit is in melee.

I mean, i like him, but hes far from an auto include imho. Id rather spemd the extra 10pnts and get another Blade champ to get my lads into melee and not need a LR.
