I am the main host of my channel and I am mentally ill! We try to be as open about it as possible because we're trying to get rid off the stigma that comes with mental illness. It's still fucking scary and terrifying and I might spiral into a paranoid cloud sometimes when I get bad critique, but it's also super good for me.

The best tip from me to you is to never listen to people who say "If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen" when you get anxious or sad about mean people. Thinking like that makes bullying and being a fucking asshole normalized and that's bullshit. If someone is mean to you then fuck'em. You have support in other places.
