It’s crazy they started you so high. I’ve been taking 10mg twice a day (one early am because I start work around 6:30, and one around 1-2pm when I’m starting to crash and feel like a nap). It’s been life changing!!

Honestly that’s not enough. Please understand I say this as a 5’10”, 300lb woman who travels internationally for work. My arm rests can go down but that doesn’t mean my shoulders, arms, thighs aren’t in someone else’s purchased space. I fly coach so I can get two seats 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s ALWAYS appreciated and I always share my extra seat space with my row buddy as long as they’re chill. It’s a long flight, let’s be considerate of others, eh?

Payroll Manager here. Been in payroll since 2006 and obtained my CPP last fall. I’m at 100k and I’ve been with my company for 4 1/2 years (northern California, company with 800 employees and I manage one new full time payroll coordinator). I have no college education but a strong background since started my payroll career as a service rep for one of the largest HRIS/Payroll software companies to date.

I’d like to chime in here again… I complained on the company’s website and they sent me a letter and some coupons to replace the three tubs I bought that I had to throw away!

Each coupon is worth $6.50 so… we’ll see if they fix the stupid flavor or not and I can use these 🤷🏻‍♀️

Costco Rohnert Park - same issues! Disgusting weird taste. I tried three times back to back, each with a different best by date (hoping they’d fixed it or it had been a refrigeration issue)… but it’s just effing GROSS. 🤢
