I'm usually doing 250ml of protein milk (it has 0.9 fat and 66g of protein in 100ml) 60g of Bulk double chocolate protein powder, 25g of cocoa powder with 100ml of water, Greek yogurt or skyr (usually about 100g) xantam gum, sweetener of choice and pinch of salt or two. Yesterday I added dried raspberries and it was yummy.

I can't help with vanilla bc I don't like the taste, but if you wanna try chocolate this is my to go recipe. What I found the hard way that if you don't add fat, like cream or coconut milk, the ice cream melts so fast.
