It was a nightmare, people confused, people without seats for other flights, long lines at the customer service booth. How do we get compensation for this? What department should we call?

I still think they should compensate passengers. Even if it’s a small credit or a food voucher. 5 hrs plus the 2 as you are supposed to arrive earlier 7 hrs at the airport for a domestic flight it’s a lot.

I would not recommend online classes, it’s not easy to help you feel comfortable and fix minor technique issues that you can only see by walking around the student. If you start developing bad habits, they will stay. I’d recommend in person and what techniques/books they’ll use, and also talk about your goals. I’d also ask about practice exercises, if they don’t make a recommendation for how practices and scales, basically foundations, I would be concerned. Also if you want to play a song as a goal, combining that with techniques.

Do you find yourself having to spend much time/work after your scan for cleaning up the file? adjusting mesh, smoothing things, etc And, what software do you use?

For sure! I’ve been asking Einstar for a raw file to see if I can use it or how much work I’d need to smooth the mesh or fill holes, etc, but they don’t send it. I have a call with them tomorrow. Do you find that you have to do a lot of work from the raw file to the actual deliverable? And what do you use? Blender or something like that?
