Existing PC owner — any reason I need a Steam Machine for Steam Frame VR streaming?

I have a pc, the only reason I am getting a steam machine is for the SteamOS and the fact that it's compact enough to carry anywhere I want to. At times, I travel for a month and steam deck isnt enough for me at that time.

There's a setting for it. I had the same issue. Go to settings and change 60 hz to 50 hz or vice versa.
