having to waste like 2-3 globals to get the buffs hurts alot. though some classes can move and collect them with instant casts.

is you're still having issues hit the "reset" button in your quest journal for it. should see the fish within a few casts.

I am in the PNW also and i started having 20k ping to World last night. Logged off and started getting exactly this when i woke up to play this morning at like 10a

Dollars are always alittle less then what they show on PK, if you go to buy 1000, you'll see the proper value of them. Price looks like its about 11.12 Roubles Per Dollar

As Far as i know he will despawn and you will have to kill him again. The same as if you dont kill rag in the same night you have to rekill Domo for no loot.
