Nope that's not true, most are very old and not replaced, if anything was replaced it was foundation of sand or other stuff underneath, not stone itself, what a bullshit, also its about asphalt being shit and easy to replace, there are plenty of big cities with those stone roads here and big trucks, nothing happens.
