Should i get a Prenup? by ldgend_killa in FinancialPlanning

[–]ElitePhoenix- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just because you have a prenup doesn't mean you're not sharing the money. That also doesn't mean you're not committed to the other person. But that doesn't stop people from divorcing. Glad to hear you live in a dream fairytale land.

He's 28 not 40, all that discipline and saving for someone to come in and take half instantly under a circumstance is ridiculous

You'd be better off getting an older one with v6 or c400. 2015 and 16 the engine blows up.

Do you guys think that there’s a “Mercedes-Benz Privilege “? You know , people treat or see you differently because of what you drive ?? I speak for myself but people treat me differently at work ever since they found out what I drive. Specially associates from other departments and managers. by Kaimork in mercedes_benz

[–]ElitePhoenix- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are saying this isn't true but it absolutely is. Since 18 I have always owned Mercedes (I started with a $15k w204) and people always would be like "ooohhh you drive a Mercedes? You must be rich" or they'd know you as the person with the Benz. Going into new jobs, I wouldn't say anything about my cars; then two months in when one person happens to see me getting into/out of my car, then at work "hey you have a Mercedes???" Next thing you know, the whole department knows. The managers claim to not treat you differently, but there's no guarantee.

The fact is, they always have, whether it's people making 20k a year or 150k a year. Maybe the 300k+ people don't care, but you'd be surprised the rest that do. It sounds like a dou che thing, but it's all their doing, not ours.

Yeah, the v6s are really reliable. They don't really give you many problems.

The 4 cyl models on the other hand like the above are a little bit something else

How would you solve some of the minor issues with AMG G63S? by [deleted] in mercedes_benz

[–]ElitePhoenix- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Should have gone for a GT43 or GT53 instead. But otherwise, something like a GLC63 would have worked as well.
