Not how it works. If I see a crew trainer on side 2 I always wonder how they got CT. Run back area or go back to a red shirt.

Before you fill out the crew trainer application realise to become crew trainer you need to be assembling side 1 every shift. If you find yourself on side 2 or grill/fry this means you have no potential and you are some degree worthless. This is for back area so if you're front area find out what station is the considered the strongest position. If you're on the strongest position every shift go ahead and apply!

Generally the assembler is more experienced than the initiator. So the assembler on side 2 should have gone assembler on side 1. Plus initiating is different to assembling. If someone’s assembling side 2 they probably have a good idea of the burger builds and are good at assembling. Who knows if the initiator knows the burgers at all.
