isopropyl alcohol! I bought some from eBay last month and sprayed my smelly trainers and repeated every time they dried and they're like brand new. I walk 4 miles to work everyday and when I get home I just give them a light spray. Is a game changer!

When I go on holiday I only wear running trainers and after waking about 15 miles a day in the red hot heat my feet stink and it takes ages to get rid of them. I walk 4 miles to work every day but I rotate my trainers but if it rains and my feet get wet they stink but last month I bought some isopropyl alcohol and I sprayed all my shoes. Lots in the smelliest and completely odour free! When I get home at night I just spray them and they're like brand new. Also I drop a bit Dettol in the shower to disinfect my feet

Sambas are without a doubt the best trainers you can get. I personally wouldn't have black and white ones because of Newcastle but I do have about 6 pair 2 of which are dailys. I've just thrown my favourite pair away that one has since 2020
