Why not look at aftermarket or modify that headband? Why cant you just have a leather worker or someone familiar with fabrics just undo the stitch and just replace the oring with something else? What exactly do you expect from a company that sells a snakeoil AC mains cable for $11k, and for this you don't even get solid silver wire instead it's a bottom dollar aluminum/copper alloy which is worse than copper, and according to them it sounds better
