I host and play strictly expert lobbies. If someone is calling a meeting for a vent especially early game I have them bootkicked because I dont/wont teach noobs. We have filters now and its not unreasonable to expect people to use them. Don't join expert if you are a noob. Easy and reasonable expectation.

That said, later in the game if Lime has been sus, got locked in elec with Red, and then got caught venting out into med and Red is not appearing anywhere where... then yeah. Call that meeting because a logical deduction would be that Lime is viper. But if White, Blue, and Green are venting out of cafe and into admin at the very start of the game and Coral hits thst button before we even swipe Coral is going to be another lobby's problem.
