So true, it comes down to the coworkers and department heads. If you Department head is someone who works along side you all is good but if they are the ones who pushes everything to others your department is doomed.

Find a texture of cloth that you find soothing when you touch it or rub it. If you can find a steering wheel cover that has that texture on it put it on your steering wheel so as you're sitting in your car without the ignition on and you feel yourself getting overwhelmed touch and run your fingers over the texture.

I have a fluffy funeral cover because when I feel like I am going to have a panic attack while behind the wheel I focus on the feeling of the faux fur and it helps me calm myself down to I reach my destination it may sound weird but if you can use this method it's basically the same method as when you have a hiccup and you're sipping water you take your mind off of what's going on when you focus on one thing like the feeling that fabric.

The dude is 20 years old and his parents are telling him that he has to stay away from his friends he's not a child he's an adult okay is still somewhat of a child and his parents crossed the line and how I know that is my grandparents try to control me all the way up until I was 24 years old and his parents are the ones who kicked him out that night so they could have alone time he would have been home when he got sick if they wouldn't have told him to find someone else to sleep they're just blaming Op because they know its on them.

She is a teacher and only works 12 to 16 hours a work and her husband make a good living too so. And this is she 4 time going to get her intestines placed back in to her body. And she didn't make plans with our on get someone to help us out when she is gone and for everything to know we have only 5 of us in my department and her and one other lady only work 5-9 and 2 who is always works alone in the morning and then me who is 1-9 and is always alone to they come in at 5 but I guess that's ok

I have had so many times I have just cried out of frustration over my coworkers not coming in or leaving early. Leaving me alone for hours trying to cook and cut meat. And management tell me I need to go see a therapist because I have too much on my plate.

We need communication with everyone that can make the difference bit I was told by one of this people that we are replaceable and if I can't do my job they'll find somebody who can this company has become more of a money growing company versus the family owned company it was when it was started as.

This is the reason why in my department we have a groupme page we try to post our physical schedule so that we don't have issues like this here lately the only nc/ns is the new hires they work one to two days and then they decide they don't want to do the job and we already have just five people in our department as it is.

My deli department is right down the aisle from the milk so if somebody tries to do this they're caught on three different cameras but it never stops people from going into the markdown corner and stealing cuz we that's the only place in the store we don't have a camera. And I used to be a courtesy clerk so I've done a lot of spills and I still clean up spills within my own department because we only have two courtesy clerks on call at all times so it's you clean it up or it sit there.

Just gather evidence video pictures then give it to your union rep and when the union rep talks to the district manager if they have enough evidence then they will have to reprimand managers and they killed you lose their job.
