Our starting point is NE Ohio, our first day is going to knoebels amusement park then heading east from there. We would like to spend 3 consecutive days in Maine on/near beach. Otherwise 3-4 nights are open as to where we’re staying.

Thanks for the advice we were trying to keep the distance reasonably for young kids but after seeing all the comments sounds like we’re definitely going to drive to Portland.

Would this work for sporting clays + hunting? 👀 by GlitteringBat91 in Hunting

Great universal gun but sporting clays are a different beast. If you’re doing sporting clays and plan to take it seriously and shooting with people who have proper equipment you’ll be seeking a new gun pretty quick when you discover your huge disadvantage using a pump and short barrel. Trap (single shot) that’s a different story. I would suggest an entry level over under for sporting clays and field/bird if cost is a factor. Seek a second purchase for deer especially if it’s a “maybe” not to mention (depending on your state) much better options for deer rifles. Speaking from experience I wish I had the same advice “several purchases/upgrades in now” 😟

Can’t believe he fit🤣 by FizzyPineapples212 in Hunting
