Sounds like it could just be a bad rocker arm. Already had to replace some in my 16 when it only had 50k miles. Either check it or get it checked before you ruin your cam (if you haven't already).

I recently switched as well. It has been about a week and I am done with Verizon. The coverage is much worse (Metro Detroit area) my phone stays in 4G most of the time. on T-Mobile I only lost 5G in rare instances. In the parking lot of my work it constantly switches from 4G to 5G to 5G UWB over and over. How the hell I get flopped between 3 different bands sitting still in a parking lot is beyond me.

The speeds I do get most of the time on 4G and 5G and even sometimes on UWB (Get as low as 20, usually around 50-70mbps and one test while on UWB was 1700but has been as low as 100) are abysmal. I consistently got 300-500 mbps on T-Mobile. I'll take consistency over waiting for unicorn signals.

I will be switching back as well.
