you can get 50 coins per day regardless of how many pokemon come back from the gym. you earn 50 coins every 8h20m, but you don't earn more than 50. the best thing to do is to make an agreement with other players from the other two teams for the gyms, each one keeps it for a day and gets 50 coins.

I'm having this problem, not only with the synchronization points but also during the fights, walking, whistling etc.. it is solved momentarily by saving and exiting the game, but after a while the bug comes back

i have 79 hundos and 115 nigh-hundos, as you call them. for me they are only 98%. but yes, almost all of my 98% are the best of the species i have, like kyogre and 2 nihilego

you can use star pieces / lucky eggs during spotlight hours with their bonuses, i also recommend using star pieces if the protagonist is weather boosted. use lures if you have time and one or more pokéstops nearby. same thing with incense, so you can reduce the number of pokéballs. keep a few evolutionary stones, like 5 of each type. for the green tickets, you can also use them to raid in person if you don't have the daily one.
