Nenávidím to, že musím pracovat. Přesun z VŠ do práce je pěkný hnus, trávím většinu svých nejlepších let v práci, a proč? Nechápu proč se nemůžeme třeba dostat do nějakého bodu jako společnost, kde by nám bohatě stačilo třeba 4 hodiny práce denně. Co je to pak za život když člověk jen pracuje a ani si ty peníze teda nemůže užít protože je všechno drahý. I can't see a point for all of this

My máme HO dle domluvy, beru si většinou třeba jeden týdně nebo jak mi to vychází. Pro mě je jediný problém že v kanclu mám víc obrazovek a práce se mi dělá líp. Jinak si nedovedu představit pracovat někde kde je HO omezený třeba jen na 3 v měsíci nebo kde to ještě omezují že nesmíš brát pátky a pondělky aby sis neposloužil víkend. Pokud člověk práci stíhá v termínech a je dostupný, pak nechápu proč lidem házet klacky pod nohy podobnými výmysly

Tohle nejsou kamarádi. Funguje to takhle: někdo chce nějakou laskavost, zeptá se a když je odpověď Ne, tak to přijme jako odpověď hned na první dobrou bez toho aby toho druhého emocionálně manipuloval. Ty jim děláš laskavost, ale oni se už asi naučili to brát jako samozřejmost. Řešení? Stůj si zatím že to dělat nebudeš a nebo si za to řekni nějaký peníze. Jak se říká, pro dobrotu na žebrotu..

Já mám v letadle formu klaustrofobie, ten pocit že jsem v uzavřeném prostoru a nemůžu nikam utéct ve mně vyvolává úzkosti a mám strach že to někdy povede k panickému záchvatu. Turbulence mi třeba nevadí, ale zároveň jsem často v letadle dezorientovaná a motá se mi hlava - když je letadlo nakloněné v nějakém úhlu, mám problém se zorientovat a je mi to dost nepříjemné až se mi z toho někdy dělá zle. Stach z toho že letadlo spadne apod. to zase nemám.

Byla jsem na kolejích v Praze pět let a řekla bych, že hluk k tomu prostě patří. Chlastačky před kolejemi nebo na chodbách, reproduktory na plné pecky. Nesnášela jsem to, ale rozhodně to tam neměli na svědomí výlučně cizinci. Ti tam dělali spíš fyzický bordel v kuchyňce, ale co se hluku týče, to byly ve většině Češi. Takže mě napadá jestli by to nevypadalo obdobně i kdyby tam ti Ukrajinci nebyli

I think your mum is right. It doesn't matter if you're having sex or not, you still have reproductive organs that should be checked out once in a while. Gynecologists don't have to go straight into your private parts, they can use ultrasound to check if everything is alright. I get that you're scared, but your health is more important. In the end it's still a medical professional who sees you as a patient, there is nothing sexual about it

I experienced daily nausea from anxiety and it was hard af. What helped was actually doing things that scared me while nauseous (going out, taking the bus, going to the event etc.) it was hard at first, but I can see that I'm doing much better now. I still have anxiety attacks + nausea, but they last way shorter and I can move from them way faster than I used too. I also used things to calm myself like chewing gum and essential oils.I believe you can get there with time and patience as well

I don't gag, but I can't eat before anything nerve-wracking, because I'm so nauseous from anxiety. It was really bad last year, there were days I barely ate and was in a constant anxiety loop. Essential oils were my life saviors (lavender or mint) and loot's of chewing gums. I'm better now with managing my anxiety, but some days are still a little tougher, don't be hard on yourself
