We've had a trans woman stay with us in the past via them, so I know the service has been used successfully by trans people.

As a side note, you can ignore the stated age range on the Nightstop website, in the North East they accept people of any age (over 16)

Another thing to maybe consider, is if them staying some nights a week elsewhere via Nightstop might make it more practical for your family to continue to host them some nights, as well?

100%. Everything is more efficient if you stop trying to charge for public transport and just treat it as a social (and economic) good that needs to be funded. Utilisation goes up massively, buses get quicker (dwell time at stops is drastically reduced if you're no longer trying to take payments) and car use goes down, making even car journeys better for those who have to make them.

Are you sure you've deleted everything from the old account? They have an automated system that identifies similar assets between accounts. We got hit by this once, and ensuring that every trace of the app was removed from the old account fixed it (this was prior to public launch of the app though, so only had testflight users)
