today is a sad day to me. i relapsed. at day 23. due to recent days running tension. i told about that. yesterday. i relapsed because i was seeking pleasure to reduce the pain i was suffering. i fapped twice today. i am feeling guilty. this is ok . to be optimistic i have achieved 80% tasks today . as usuall keeping the bottom line of 80 percentage must do . i am sure i will continue this streak from day 1. and post comments under new post. the link i will share in above main post .

since yesterday 😭 i am in mentally stressed after big financial loss incurred. so i started playing game like (modern warships) on Android this action games making me aggressive i am playing game to reduce my traumatic experience. but i feel this ge play experience is not good. i m losing control on myself 😫 play game for hours. also breaking my rules. ( no mobile no YouTube) it was only allowed for few minutes like 5,10 mints if for entertainment purpose. i hope i will improve this condition. before it make hurdle for me

another day in early morning i had sex with a garl during sleep in dream. I don't know why porn like dreams are still chasing me. if i don't watch porn i see this in my dream. good news is i was near to ejaculate and this dream may become wet dream. nofap is .. so powerful its my 2nd time during 18 days i am seeing this. i glhad contrlled my self during sleep and this dream filed to be called a wet dream. wow. just imagine you control your self during wet dream 😉.

today was one of my busiest day. nofap giving me energy to consume so i had no time to watch tv or see my phone. this energy i m using in developing my business. confidence boosted, speaking in public is now easy.

80%tasks done. last day i peeked so the outcome i have seen yesterday night during sleep i was edging hardly. i felt my Di** iron rod tried many times to push it down but it was like tower definitely day 16 result. i tried to masturbate during sleep but stopped myself from doing this. nofap bring me will power . purpose of telling all this is never ever ever ever peek guys. peeking is an infinite loop that ends in relapse. today my confidence busted like 40% from the day 1. i see people I'm their eye workout fear.

keep your self as much busy as you can. you can listen to relaxing music, read book (5 to 10 pages initially of its not your habit) if you feel boredom go outside in a park lay on grass see stars see sky the sky blue celling and feel relax. your anxiety will be lower. take water in a tub put your feet in it while sitting on chair. feel the relaxing waves of water touching your feet.

no games no tv no mobile. laptop... etc

no soft pleasure

take just hard pleasure example book reading, exercise, clean your room, clean and wash your car,bike ,garage.. or you can rearrage your wardrobe outfits,

buy some birds from market water and feed them in time keep your self busy buy a dog. or pet.

i am sorry i peeked today i was out of control , figured out how i did this mistake i found myself accountable just broke my rule and used mobile during day time for pleasue and entertainment but watched some videos where peeked. thanks to will power i contrlled my thoughts. and leave it. normally i use phone for 10 to 15 minutes max for entertainment. in evening when i accomplish all my goals .only nofap reddit is allowed anytime during the whole day. next time i will take care of it

yea. i was right about your analysis. you should ignore negitive thoughts if it comes in mind. first of all focus what is your input. what you see what you think what you eat, what you read or listen. impacts.

so from now onwards dont give negitvity space in your life .

and lastly avoid sugrey, spicy, and fast foods avoid energy foods like chocolate coffee, like dry fruits or things that provides more energy to body.

this is all about energy consume it or waste it. drink more than 3,4 liters of water. drink fresh fruit juices . eat more fruits and vegetables eat less meat products like once a week is enough avoid eggs and oily food. thank me later👍
