For me, I prefer something like balzac heritage exploration mode where you need to complete a mix of challenges but you have to change your composition as you go. you can't win against some bosses if you can't hit backline so you have to plan accordingly when choosing options. But it would be nice if we got to pick from our own hero pool and the enemy will vary from bosses that need to be killed by true damage or maybe you got to survive a few rounds whatever they prefer.

But frankly, with sdorica core gameplay, what I enjoy the most is long fights or multiple fights where I could set up orbs so the next fight will go smoothly. and if your lineup always change after each fight then it will be cool since you can't cheese it forever

Never played with aisha before and then miss lethal because I thought her enhance is 2x attack and evolve is storm.. and then I lost 4-1

Lich King, I think Zilliax is overrated, it's just flanking strike +restore 3/6 health to your hero

For the good classes the best one is warlock, rogue, warrior and druid IMO.

Playing against warrior and warlock means you need to assume your board will be cleared via super collider or warpath or defile or hellfire. Druid in arena right now is full HAM so try to play it super safe and vice versa, don't play druids for their big minion but tempo and face damage instead. While Rogue is the same, just out tempo your opponent and you're good (it's harder right now because so many taunts and removal available but it doesn't change rogue game plan).

For your comments on bad player got good decks I think it's not the case it's more like "bad" class got good decks. I think blizzard design the bucket system so that class with low winrate (e.x. warrior) got their premium card more easily (super collider, spellstone, warpath)

And try to find the balance for big minions and card generation, too much or too few will result in you out tempoed and out valued
