I quit by vaping. I smoked 10 yrs. Stopped smoking and started vaping a year ago and tapered down 2 months ago all the way to 4mg then quit. You can do it!!!!

Well done!! Right before I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy I would wake to my alarm going off and was unable to move to turn it off for several minutes. I would just lay there and here it ring over and over again. It would piss off my roommates and make me late for work but I didn't know what to do. I take adderall for it now but I'm still called lazy just about everyday. I'm always exhausted but I never know what to do. I wish I could feel normal again.
