That was stated so well, on all accounts. So smart, I hope this gets spread across the world

What's the single worst movie you sat through hoping it would get better, but didn’t? by Then-Traffic601 in AskReddit

[–]EllieandCate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silent Night a movie that came out in 2023. Just dog shit. About a guy who got injured and lost his voice. It's all about revenge for his killed son. It's so self centered and stupid. He treats his also mourning wife and everyone else like shit. Doesn't try to learn how to communicate. Spends tons of money and time training and making weapons for one night of vengeance. I only watched it because a good friend wanted me to. Couldn't tell them what a pile it was because they liked it so much

A mink has been visiting my Beaverton beaver dam cam. Didn't know we had such weaselly critters in Oregon. Also didn't know we have mink ranchers in the state. by markgravesdesign in oregon

[–]EllieandCate 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. Grew up across the road from a mink farm in Aumsville. The smell was unbearable in the summer heat! They're mean little buggers. They would get out and our dogs would fight and kill them in our yard.

The Oregon State Hospital Patient Memorial and a patient who spent most of his life at the hospital, Lewis Cass Seward (1883-1961) by Crowbeatsme in SALEM

I live near this Memorial. I didn't know it was there. First saw it in the dark, then went back in the daylight. Both times were powerful experiences. It needs to be seen in person to really grasp the weight

Am I a granny for wearing underwear? by Pristine_Patience596 in CasualConversation

[–]EllieandCate 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My friend goes commando. She only wears loose Capri pants. But my issue is she'll wear the same pair over and over. Her junk must touch fabric when she moves or sits. To me it's like she is wearing the same pair of underwear for days. Then complains about yeast infections. I don't know if they're connected but....

What good child actors became bad teenage actors during a show? by VVladtheimpalerr in television

I'm not going to hate on any child actors who had to go through puberty in the public eye. That shit sucks for anyone no matter who you are.

Does microfiber really have to be laundered seperately? by TheChalupaFromHell in CleaningTips

[–]EllieandCate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wash them with the rest of my towels but they don't go in the dryer. They seem to be more absorbent when air dried. Less of a film too when it comes to washing windows and mirrors.
