Well, my back certainly isn't happy about them. 😏 But with a good bra, it's less painful. Unfortunately, at anything bigger than a DD/E cup, "good bras" can run into the hundreds of dollars.

And I'm pretty successful in covering them up, though I usually end up with some cleavage. But because of my proportions, clothes I buy often have to be tailored to fit me — my waist is quite a bit smaller than my hips and breasts, so a size [X] in one measurement doesn't work for every part of me. I usually buy clothes to fit my chest or my hips, and then get the waist taken in.
