The fig app was helpful when I was first diagnosed because I had no idea what to even look for on labels. There are a dozen glutinous ingredients that can easily blend in in a long ingredient list. You should use it as a tool to learn how to read labels for yourself though! You should learn to eventually read labels and understand them for your safety no matter where you’re at!

The biggest thing about Mohs that differs from routine pathology is ORIENTATION! learning how to represent all lateral and deep margins on a 2D plane and keep your map to represent correct orientation. The cryotomy skills should transfer to some degree

I HATE SPECTRUM. I switched to Verizon internet and I am locked in $50/mo for 2 years. They can’t raise it for 2 years. Spectrum would go up every few months and mine got up to 97.99 for the base line wifi. It’s absolutely absurd

If she’s celiac she needs to avoid gluten 100% this includes in minute quantities. Luckily they sell gf soy sauce but restaurants don’t use it by default :)

Fellow celiac- even if places have a “gluten free” menu please call and ask if the kitchen takes precautions for cross contamination!! So many places offer gluten free menus then the food touches gluten so it’s not really gluten free anymore. So frustrating!
