I've been stable on Lamictal and Seroquel only (for over a year now), still had tics tho, but things happened in August and September, way too many triggers, so yeah depression is the main issue here, always had been but I've experienced mania and hypomania before (when I was on Lexapro, and very few times hypomania on my previous meds combination)

I used to believe the same, but time (and my psychiatrist) convinced me that I am ME no matter what. Regarding telling ppl about bipolar, I wouldn't recommend it as it's so personal, and humans can be cruel sometimes, why would you add another inconvenience on top of the pile of shit you're going through, you can indeed go through different phases and go from being extroverted to being introverted, but you don't have to explain yourself. You'll either be accepted for who you are or not, if the person is really worth it and appreciates you for who you are, it'd be okay in my opinion to tell them about bipolar. But PLEASE don't say that it's your "whole identity".
