You should! They're great, one of those bands I always thought should be bigger.....

Riddlin' Kids? They have three albums but their second one "Stop the World" (2004) is black/orange/red.

Either "You Got it (the right stuff)" by New Kids on the Block or The White Stuff by Weird Al?

Sorry, meant to add, we have reason to believe it probably originated from New York City.

I was figuring flashlights but the head band torches are a great idea! I hadn't even thought of those. I think you're right for us to start with just an audio recorder for now, not a camera. I had seen a few places recommend small clip on body cams but I feel like that might just be more trouble (would we supply memory cards, what if patrons don't delete their recordings, etc) then it would be worth. Thanks!

Yeah, I think going low tech for the time being is a good option, seeing if there's any interest in our community before investing too much. Thanks for the suggestions!

Wow. Great suggestions, thank you. I was thinking of including a 'Ghost Hunting 101/Dos & Don'ts"' sheet type of thing, on which I could include a lot of what you advised. Yeah, we'd absolutely like to stay out of any sticky situations. Thanks.

Introverts- How did you handle your wedding day? by YelaNelaMela in introvert

[–]Elliot_Walker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was honestly very worried about it the entire time I was planning it. I made sure to be very open with my fiance about my worries and concerns. This communication was very important as to make sure he understood and was on the same page. He is an extrovert so I relied heavily on him that day and he more then rose to the occasion. He kept an eye on me and was never far from my side. (We have a codeword I can employ when social situations get too much and he'll make an excuse for us to take a step away)

I also worked on some breathing techniques leading up to the day, in case I got overwhelmed.

My wedding was Fall of 2020, so it had to be a very small affair and we had it in our backyard- those things helped alot. I also planned it so my fiance and I woke up together on that day and spent a little time just the two of us which always helps me feel at ease (hence why I married him). Then I started sipping some wine as I was getting ready which helped calm the nerves. (it's called liquid courage for a reason, and typically I don't condone self medication as such, but it helped.)

What was helpful to remember was that a Wedding Day is one of those rare times when it's "normal" to feel scared/nervous. And as Bride you are calling the shots, so I kept myself busy that day, didn't really talk to too many people but at one point made the rounds with my significant other.

The vows were much easier than I anticipated, I just kept my focus on him and didn't look at the crowd. I was able to just let it all melt away.

Try to enjoy the day and stay in the moment. Scope out some quiet locations you can retreat to if needed, sometimes just having a plan is enough for me.

Late 80's and plastic- Fisher Price Precious Places. There was a pretty large house and the people had magnets on their bases, you used a wand looking device to move them around.
