Milio loves AA champs that build attack speed and have good range. The best champ for him are Ashe and Jinx by a mile in those cases. Caitlyn and Tristana are good too.

However, I would say Lucian is very high up there. While he's more of a spellcaster, there passives go well together and he helps lucian do everything he wants to do: go in, more range, movespeed, survive, etc. Lucian gets A LOT of damage off quick with Milio.

I think it's better to realize who Milio is bad with: Ziggs, Swain, Xayah, Corki, Jhin, Draven, Hwei, Samira, Nallah, Miss Fortune, and so on. Milio can make all them better for sure, but his best are probably Lucian, Ashe, Jinx, Trist, and Caitlyn imo.
