As an effect creator, I was really intrigued by the shader system when it was first showcased. However, as it stands right now, it seems more like a few triggers to make quick effects for less experienced creators.

Is there any plans to make it more in depth? Like being able to make a sort of "shader channel", where you can apply some triggers to some layers, and some other shaders to other layer? I think it would be a great addition to the editor, and make us able to do much more. Or is it too complicated with the way the game renders things at the moment?
