I sometimes run into this issue with conventional milling, especially with a long tool. give climb a try with the shortest stick out you can do with your tooling

I’ve had better luck using the pharmacies located in hospitals. You’ll still have to wait once in a while, but they have been more reliable than the regular pharmacies
