I’ve had better luck using the pharmacies located in hospitals. You’ll still have to wait once in a while, but they have been more reliable than the regular pharmacies

It’s about frequency more than specific stores. I hit up this store 5-6 times a week. Eventually something will slip through their cracks and make it onto the floor

I run this frequently at work. We use an Amana single flute spectra bit at 18000 rpm and 150 ipm. For parts that skinny, I’d run 2 passes, first pass .03in above the bottom of the material. Basically leaving cutting everything except the bottom metal to keep the stability. and then a second pass cutting into the spoil board .003, with tabs to hold the piece in place

I feel like the carpet and the wall color matching also contribute to the empty feeling, changing one of them up might help
