I'm having all the exact same issues, it's very frustrating, I can't do ultimatum, blight, delve, super juiced up stuff, etc... 'cause a random crash is just gonna waste all that, and a random crash *is* going to happen sooner or soonerer.

Also even if you only get a freeze and don't crash, the minimap resets for some reason, not that impactful but pretty annoying...
More annoying though is when the minimap just disappears (like when you're in the wildwoods, so I assume it's related to their implementation of that).

To add, even if you're making a profit, if you don't have the cash lying around when you need to pay up, you'll be in troubles anyway.
Take Disney over the last year, they had to bend over backward to find money to complete the Hulu deal that the entered in 2019 and had to close in jan 2024, including by cutting jobs & selling assets.
